When can I expect my photos?
You’ll receive a little “sneak peek” (1–2 images) within 72 hours of your session so you have something to enjoy straight away, and your final gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
How will I receive my photos?
Your private online gallery will be delivered via email to you. You will receive a unique 4-digit PIN so only you (and whoever you share it with) can access it. From there, you can view, download, and share your photos easily.
Do you provide RAW / unedited images?
No. RAW (unedited) images are not a true representation of my work. Part of what you’re investing in is my editing style, which is a big part of the final look and feel of your gallery. Every image you receive will be carefully edited and polished to reflect my work at its best.
Can I customise a photography package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely! While my packages are designed to cover the most popular options, I’m always happy to adjust them to suit you. Whether that’s extra images, longer session time, or a special location, we can create something that feels just right for you.
What should I wear?
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and yourself! Neutral tones, soft colours, and simple patterns tend to photograph beautifully and keep the focus on you. Avoid big logos or very bold prints as they can be distracting. For couples, coordinating outfits (rather than matching exactly) works best — think about colours that complement each other.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within 15 miles of Telford, Shropshire is included in all sessions. For locations further away, additional travel expenses may apply. These will always be agreed in advance and added to your final invoice, so there are no surprises.
